Wetlands Restoration & Bridge Construction Offshore Marine was tasked to remove an old failing and constricting culvert pipe that impounded over 10-acres of forgotten salt marsh. In its place, OSM constructed a new bridge to allow tidal water to again freely pass up-stream and rejuvenate the failing eco-system.
